It was a privilege to participate in the Pulse Polio Immunization Programme Inauguration at Kallakurichi Bus Stand in my capacity as District Chairman, Indian Red Cross Society, Kallakurichi.

The programme was inaugurated in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble MLA Thiru M. Arulvignesh, the District Health Officer, the District Revenue Officer, IRCS District Secretary Mr. Immanuel Sasikumar, and other distinguished officials from the Health Department.

Pulse Polio Immunization remains one of India’s greatest public health achievements, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure that every eligible child receives the life-saving polio vaccine. The Indian Red Cross Society is proud to support this noble initiative and remains committed to strengthening community participation in preventive healthcare.
