சூளங்குறிச்சியில் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மை பயிற்சி:
கள்ளக்குறிச்சியை ஒட்டிய சூளங்குறிச்சியில் பேருந்து நிலையம் அருகில் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மை பயிற்சி முகாம் நடைபெற்றது. முகாமிற்கு வருவாய் ஆய்வாளர் பிரபு தலைமை தாங்கினார். துணை வட்டாட்சியர் தனலட்சுமி மற்றும் கிராம நிர்வாக அலுவலர் விஜயகுமார் ஆகியோர் முன்னிலை வகித்தனர்.
தீயணைப்பு நிலைய அலுவலர் சுப்பிரமணியம் தலைமையில் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மை ஒத்திகை நடைபெற்றது. தீபாவளி பண்டிகையின் போது பட்டாசுகளை பாதுகாப்பாக வெடிக்கும் விதம் குறித்து பொது மக்களிடையே விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தினர்.
கள்ளக்குறிச்சி மாவட்ட இந்திய ரெட் கிராஸ் சங்கம் சார்பில் மாநில பொதுக்குழு உறுப்பினரும் முதலுதவி பயிற்றுருமான ஜானகிராமன், சி. பி .ஆர் முதலுதவி பயிற்சியினை அளித்தார். காட்டாற்று வெள்ளத்தில் தப்பிக்கும் விதம் குறித்தும் கூட்ட நெரிசலில் உயிர் சேதம் வராமல் தடுக்கும் விதம் குறித்தும் பயிற்சி அளித்தார்.

A disaster management and first aid training camp was conducted for the residents of Soolankurichi, near Kallakurichi, today. The event, held near the village bus stand, aimed to equip the local community with essential life-saving skills.
The camp was presided over by Revenue Inspector Mr. Prabhu. Deputy Tahsildar Ms. Dhanalakshmi and Village Administrative Officer Mr. Vijayakumar were also present to oversee the proceedings.
Mr. Janakiraman, an expert trainer from the Indian Red Cross Society, led the awareness and training sessions. He conducted practical demonstrations on various first aid procedures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) using a mannequin. Additionally, participants were taught crucial survival techniques, such as how to create a makeshift flotation device using empty plastic bottles, a vital skill for flood-prone areas.
The initiative was organized to enhance community preparedness and resilience, ensuring that citizens are able to provide immediate assistance and take protective measures during emergencies.
